If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours you will not be charged, any less than that you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost due to us not being able to fill the slot.

If you don’t show up or cancel on the day you will be required to pay the full amount of the appointment cost. Failing to do so will result in no further appointments at the salon until fee is paid.
